The cost will be 50 cents per image (printed or on a CD). This will cover the costs of paper, toner, postage, and CD's. If you choose CD, the cost will still be 50 cents per image that is put on the CD.

If you do not understand or know exactly how many images/pages that will be printed, PLEASE CONTACT ME and I will figure out the total amount that will be due before you send in your check.

All orders for documents will be cropped to one page images unless you state you will do your own cropping.

Uncropped -
Deaths - 1 image, Births - 2 images, Marriages - 3 images

Cropped:
Deaths - 1 image, Births - 2 images, Marriages - 4 images

If you do not subscribe to the database, I will do searches for you but you will need to pay a research fee for this. (It will be cheaper to get a subscription to the database). You can request information about personal searches by email

IF THE DATABASE ALREADY SHOWS A DIGITAL IMAGE NUMBER

On CD - Uncropped or Cropped - 50 cents per image

Printed Only - Cropped - 50 cents per image (this is because of the cost of the paper and ink)

Printed and also on CD - Cropped - 50 cents per image plus $1.00 for the CD.

IF THE DATABASE DOES NOT SHOW A DIGITAL IMAGE NUMBER:
There will be a $5.00 per document charge to look up any documents that do NOT have a digital image plus the
image costs listed above.

FAMILY TREE MAKER REPORTS:
If you would like a report from the Family Tree Maker File I am creating, there will be a charge of 50 cents per printed page of the report.

PERSONAL RESEARCH IN THE AVAILABLE FILMS:
Research will be $25.00 per hour or any fraction of an hour, 1 hour minuimum research time, plus costs of images/documents and cost of Family Tree Maker Report if requested.

PERSONAL RESEARCH IN FILMS NOT AVAILABLE:
Research will be $25.00 per hour or any fraction of an hour, 1 hour minuimum research time, plus cost of ordering film ($6.00) plus costs of images/documents and cost of Family Tree Maker Report if requested.

Please be aware that some of these films are unindexed and are handwritten documents. If it is one of those films that are like this, it takes time to read each document to find the documents requested and might take longer for the research.
