SUBMISSIONS AND CORRECTIONS TO PERSONAL DATABASE

All entries are submitted by email and must be in the format listed below.

Corrections

If you need to make corrections to data that you have already submitted, send an email with "Corrections" for the subject line. Be sure to give me enough information as to the original entry to make it easier to correct the right entry. For example, you have an entry for John Smith who you listed as born 1887C but you now have the date. Be sure to tell me that the original date was 1887C and that you now want it to be August 24, 1887.

New Entries

Please submit your information in the following format. If you don't know an exact date, use c for circa following the year (example 1887c). If you don't know a name, put a ? in it's place. Put each part of the submission on a separate line so that there are no mistakes when I enter it into the database. You can send more than one entry per email - just put several spaces between entries. Any entries not in the format below will be rejected by email stating to resubmit in proper format.
